The R&T water treatment plant, located in Ray, supplies high quality potable water to the cities of Ray, Tioga, Wildrose, Ross, Stanley, and rural users in Divide, Burke, Williams and Mountrail counties in northwestern North Dakota. The District is a member of the Western Area Water Supply Authority.
